Waterscape Group has started its investment a decade ago on an apartment business in Bangkok. It now owns and operates three apartments in central Bangkok and is developing a four-and-a-half-stars, 200 room hotel at Sukhumvit soi 26.

In 2002 Waterscape Group has invested in a land bank in Phuket and Phang Nga including a unique and breath-taking scenery plot at Khor-En ,Mai-Khao Phuket. At this plot on a hilly beachfront land, the Group has carefully planned a premium marina home project, ANDARINA, which includes 5 units of luxury beach-front pool villas.

The future projects of the Group include 200 unit home-offices at 76 rai land on By-Pass Road in Phuket town and a beach front resort project on 20 rai land at Phang Nga Bay ,Phang Nga.
